2018 Achievement unlocked – Senior Technical Program Manager in Azure Compute! 🙂
In 2015, I decided to move to Redmond WA as Escalation Engineer in Azure Platform Technical Support team to increase my impact with Supportability and Product Group after 2 years as Support Escalation Engineer in Italy.
From 2007 to 2013, I was Senior Support Engineer in Microsoft Customer Services and Support (CSS), where I improved my experience in troubleshooting and processes, as well as, technical trainer, delivering classes and workshops to both internal Microsoft peers and Microsoft Customers and Partners. I became a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Cluster and Virtualization technologies for Windows Server and on System Center Configuration Manager.
In 2006, I joined Microsoft as Subsidiary Program Manager in Windows International Team to perform functional and linguistic tests. In the role, I developed scripts for application compatibility tests and interacted with Italian Independent Software Vendor’s (ISV) to obtain best customer experience. I managed the beta-testers’ community via Microsoft Connect and handled bugs with the Product Team.
